Agricultural Ambassadors
The Youth-LEAD (Learning and Empowering through Agriculture to Promote Development) Agricultural Ambassadors program is a dynamic community-driven initiative focused on empowering young people in Edgecombe County through agricultural education, food justice advocacy, and wellness promotion. By providing experiential learning opportunities, the program encourages youth to take an active role in land stewardship and community development, fostering a deep connection to the land and a commitment to improving the well-being of their community.
